Compleo is an independent project; it is in no way affiliated with, endorsed or approved by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company or the publishers of the other card games mentioned.

All original content of the Compleo website and app (texts, layout, graphic elements specific to the service, logo, code) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.

The names, images, characters and elements related to the Pokémon franchise are trademarks or property of their respective owners (Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. and The Pokémon Company). The same applies to the names and visuals of the other card games mentioned, which belong to their publishers. Compleo uses them for information purposes, as part of an unofficial independent project, with no intent to cause confusion with the official brands.

The information presented on the website and in the app, including prices, is provided for information only and may contain errors or inaccuracies despite the care taken. The publisher cannot be held responsible for the use made of it or for any direct or indirect damage that may result.

Compleo uses data from third-party sources to enrich its content:

• Pokémon data: information about Pokémon (types, evolutions, etc.) comes from PokéAPI, a free, open-source API.
• Card data: information about cards (images, numbers, rarities, etc.) comes in particular from TCGdex.
• Card prices: reference prices come from the Cardmarket and TCGplayer marketplaces, and from completed sales on eBay for graded cards. The method is described on the Price method page.

This data is used for information purposes only and may contain errors or update delays.

The website and the app may contain links to other websites or external resources (marketplaces, app stores, social networks). The publisher has no control over these websites and cannot be held responsible for their content, their availability or any damage resulting from visiting them.
