Delete my account

The procedure required by the App Store and Google Play, and what it means.

In the app: Profile › Delete my accountTick “I understand”, then confirm with your password if your account has one, or with Apple if you sign in with Apple.

Deletion scheduled in 30 daysYou are logged out of all your devices; you can change your mind during this period.

Permanent deletionYour collection, binders, XP, medals and history are deleted, and the information that identifies you is erased.

Changed your mind?Signing in again before the date cancels the deletion.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
